This is an entry-level model of straight darts.
I felt that 2BA is for push and 4BA is for swing.
This is because of the difference in the center of gravity. The farther the center of gravity is, the more you can't push the core accurately or it will be violent.
The cut is a gentle squaring cut with a slight edge, so I think the grip is excellent.
The grip position is also easy to understand, so I feel there is less anxiety.

This is a straight barrel from DMC.
The features of this barrel are
(1) 4BA specification with a narrow tip, so it is straight, but it is like a torpedo, so it is easy to transition from a torpedo barrel.
(2) The cut is mild and does not remain on the index finger, so it is difficult to lose a throw due to right turn or snagging.
(3) It is a straight barrel. (3) Straight as you would expect. If you don't focus on the core, the ball will go somewhere else.
(4) There are multiple grip points.

The reason for this is that the grip points are multiple. I have been suffering from poor hand release for the past half year, and I think it is not good to change barrels for that reason, but I had a lot of mysterious right hand rotation and bad waves were continuing, so I decided to buy this barrel.
Recently, there are many barrels that claim to have a one-shot grip, but I believe that the grip position changes depending on the day, so I thought this dart was great because I can decide my grip point as I like.
I have found that the more shark cut or the one with a bulge in the front, the more it catches on me, so this barrel with a mild cut and not too strong a catch is a good choice for me.

This barrel does not interfere with grouping. It is a very straight flying barrel that has helped me to become an A-flat shooter. If your throw is not push type, I recommend 2BA. Both barrels have the same straightforward flight. The cut is always there no matter where you hold the barrel, but if you are not sure about your grip position, you may have to constantly change your grip position.

When you hold it, you feel it's thin, but heavy!
I only have a straight barrel with a Sidewinder.
I have only one straight barrel, the Sidewinder, and it made me wonder if other straight barrels are so heavy, but I guess it is easier for me to feel that way as I have a front center of gravity and hold the tip of the barrel. I think so. The cut is also very fine, so it doesn't slip unexpectedly, and it is very comfortable to hold. Please give it a try!

I recommend it because it has a lot of knurling and is easy to control with a firm grip on the fingers.
