These! I really recommend this. You can feel the smooth movement of your elbows. And the best part is that you won't get tired.
If you don't get tired, you will be able to concentrate longer. It is also recommended for those who have elbow problems.

I have wanted a supporter for a long time and purchased this one.
It contains 30 times more AQUA TITAN™ and I feel differently when I am tired than when I am not wearing it.
It also has lines on it to help me reconfirm how I swing my arms.

I use it on a regular basis.
The compression is strong and gives the impression of being well-compressed.
I personally use it by using the Doron print on my wrist as a landmark.
I can also take back to a certain place (pull?) and reduce muscle wasting. This helps to reduce unnecessary muscle movement and helps me to reproduce each and every throw.
The downside is that there is no anti-slip mechanism, so it slips down.
Not recommended for those who are concerned about this.

It is a cool looking supporter that makes you feel like you are getting better just by wearing it.

It must be repaired quite often during use to prevent it from slipping out of place. Be careful with the size.
