It was my first time to use a polymer surround, but when I threw a dart on the surround, it caught the dart well without sagging or anything.

The material is similar to rubber, so the holes in the darts are less noticeable, and it's quiet and seamless.
It's just one piece, so it takes a little bit of force to attach it to the board...
