I purchased size 6.
Compared to the gear shaft, the weight has changed from "0.62g" to "2.5g", but it does not feel heavy, but rather "Hmm, somewhat heavy? It does not feel heavy, but rather "Hmm, it feels kind of heavy.
The center of gravity has not changed drastically, but it has shifted to the back.
If your current barrel is a little heavier and the center of gravity is a little further back, it may be suitable for you, but if you prefer a lighter barrel with a more forward center of gravity, carbon barrels may be better.
In terms of durability, you should not worry about the barrel breaking. If this barrel were to break, the barrel would probably break. If this barrel were to break, the barrel would probably break.
However, if you replace the carburetor many times, the threads will become frayed and it will be difficult to close the carburetor.
When I actually throw the barrel, I feel that the barrel does not bend when I hit it, unlike the plastic shaft, so I often get hit by the barrel. (This is inevitable because the shafts are made of metal and hit each other.)
(It's just a matter of time before the metal hits each other.) This is especially noticeable when the shaft is screwed in next to an arrow that is already in the shaft, or when the shaft is thrown in a parabolic line with a mountainous angle and the arrow is covered from above. I have the impression that the shorter size is still less likely to be played.
If you only focus on the sturdiness, you may have a hard time, so it is better to understand the difference between plastic, carbon, metal and other materials before purchasing.

I bought the 31mm one.

Weight
I was prepared to feel a considerable change in weight since the weight of the barrel is 2.26g, but I did not feel any change in weight just by holding it.
However, this may be because I was originally using a heavier barrel (21.5g), or it may be that I was simply insensitive.
The center of gravity was also shifted back.
The sound when the barrel is stuck into the board is more like a "thud" due to the heavier weight.
Strength
I have no complaints about the strength of the board, and I don't think it will break.
It will not bend unless there is a serious problem.
Looseness
Metal shafts tend to loosen, but if you use the included O-ring, the looseness will be drastically reduced.
If you run out of O-rings, you can use a thin piece of string to prevent loosening.
Color and design
The color is a very bright silver.
It is stamped with the Cosmo Darts logo.

I have only been using it for a short time, but I think it is more cost-effective than regular shafts as long as you can handle the change in weight and center of gravity.

I purchased a size 8.
I feel the durability and design are perfect, but I hope you purchase with caution as the weight of the barrel you set it with may greatly change the way the darts stick, for better or for worse.
