I used the last one and it was a great barrel, but after use and the coating peels off, it has a completely different feel.
I think the new barrels are the same as the old ones. If you have enough money and can buy several sets of spare barrels, it may be possible, but it is not a cheap purchase. I recommend you to use the 80 series.
I think it is possible to use this one for competitions and the 80 series for practice and daily use.

I am not anti Hoshino, but I have been using Green Room's STAR LIGHT series for a long time....
I am sorry for being so harsh in my evaluation (>_<)

I went from C flight to A flight in less than a month with this barrel!
No quirks, easy to throw!

While many barrels have a strong cut and are difficult to throw in the initial stages of purchase, this one is easy to throw from the start. Anyway, it is easy to throw. And yet it has grip.
If you are the type of person who throws by swinging your arm, this is the barrel for you. If you keep throwing, you will get the feeling that if you swing it comfortably, it will go in.
The cut is simple if you look closely, so I think even inexperienced users of Target's high quality barrels will quickly get used to it.
As for the setting, I found it flies best at around 330, just like the Hoshino Pro.

It is thick and easy to grip. I have had a problem with the grip, but the moment I held it, my problem was solved. It is easy to grip no matter where you hold it. The center of gravity is easy to find and the weight is neither too heavy nor too light.

The nominal weight is 16.8g, but the one I actually received was 16.9g, a 0.1g discrepancy. For this reason, the difference in weight from the previous model (17.0g) is hardly noticeable (laugh).
Incidentally, while the front of the package shows 90% tungsten, the side (the bottom when the surface is placed upright) shows 95% tungsten. I'm very curious which one it is...
