I used to use plastic shafts, but my darts kept falling off, hitting the floor or the edge of the table, and the shafts kept snapping off. Therefore, replacement stock was essential.
In the case of fits, the shaft tends to break from the flight joint, which also ruins the flight. (Especially since I was using signature and design flights, the damage was doubled (;;)).
) I took the plunge and changed to carbon shafts, even though they are a bit more expensive.
It has been a long time since then, and not a single shaft has broken! And thanks to the carbon processing, the barrel screw joints do not loosen easily, and the flight joints are also perfect. (The carbon shafts are also very easy to use in case of any problems.)
The carbon shafts come in a pack of four, just in case. In fact, I haven't had to replace the carbon shafts yet because they don't break.
But I'm glad to see the manufacturer's "just in case" attitude and feelings.
(I am tempted to say, "Shouldn't plastic shafts come in four-packs?)
Joking aside, I am now a carbon believer!
I can't use anything but carbon anymore!
It is true that the initial investment is expensive, but the durability is excellent, and the cost performance and the stress of having to purchase and replace stock every time it breaks are completely eliminated. I really recommend it. Carbon is slowly spreading among my friends who throw.
I hope my review will be of some help to those who are considering the purchase of carbon shafts.

I broke three of them in two weeks. One broke when I dropped it, but the other two were nelliticly broken from the base of the flight when I went to pull them out of the bull. Some of them were not broken, so I wonder if it is a lot defect. It is a pity because they were comfortable to throw.
