It is very easy to put on because of the metal fittings.
It is very convenient to have one.

You can install it without a tool, but it is still easier with one.
As others have mentioned, it is cheaper than other companies, so I would recommend it as a first purchase.

I bought this because I was tired of having to re-tighten the shaft after each pitch.
The looseness of the shaft has been reduced to a great extent and I don't have to worry about the stress anymore.

The mounting brackets (a.k.a. bamboo shoots) are very useful!
