I bought them with the With Lock hole punches, but they came as an accessory to the hole punches. So I had to purchase an extra set. I didn't check enough.

The shaft cap is specially designed for Wislock, but the size does not match the hole that opens in Wislock, and to be honest, the look of the set up is not good.
