There are two types of Fit Flight, AIR and Normal... I personally recommend AIR ^ ^ because as you know if you have used Normal once... it seems to be played a lot. I think the rate of being played will decrease, totally different from the normal. If you have used the normal and found it a little uncomfortable, why don't you try the AIR! But I think the wear and tear on the flight will be more than the normal.
Fit flight requires a special shaft for Fit.
