Product information

TRiNiDAD X BARKLEY BARKLEY

The thickest and shortest TRiNiDAD X ever.
The first octagon cut barrel with a very short barrel.

The Octagon Cut features a vertical cut in the octagonal shape for more contact surface with the finger.
The 32mm shortness and the vertical cut of the Octagon allows the user to feel the weight and center of gravity right at the grip position.
The wide ring cut at the point where the barrel becomes straight from the tapered part makes it easier to grip and push off.
The barrel is a belly short barrel and weighs 18.2g with a center of gravity which is rare for a short barrel.

This is the shortest and heaviest barrel ever made for easy control.

I have been curious about this product for a long time and took the plunge to purchase it in the New Year.
My actual impression upon holding it in my hand is that it is smaller than I expected.
But the thickness and weight are solid, so it feels as if you are releasing a block of tungsten.
It is difficult to control until you get used to it. In my case, it was quite violent.
However, once I got the image of releasing the mass, it became easier to read the line, and as a result, I started grouping.
It flies well even if you don't put much effort into it, and the shape is small and cute, so I recommend it to women as well.

I bought this barrel because I had a good feeling when I threw it with a friend's barrel. The phrase "good hook and release" has been used to describe many barrels, and I thought that the octagon cut of the Berkley was one answer to this question. The barrel feels comfortable to grip when you hold it in your hand, and it seems to come off cleanly when you release it. I have dry skin that tends to be affected by the condition of my hands at any given time, but I thought this Berkley could always be thrown with the same release feeling. The control is good, and the impression is that it flies strongly.
I originally used a barrel around 48mm, but because I have a 3-prong grip, I was able to grip this Berkley very comfortably.
If you have never used a polygonal cut barrel, I highly recommend you to try it. I would also like those who are concerned about the change in throwing feel due to the wear of the barrel cut to give it a try.
