The concept was to create a strong sense of edge and aggressiveness within the 40mm limit.
We wanted the details to match the player's own aggressive performance, and for the information transmitted to the fingers to be precise and minimal even in severe situations.
It is easier to use a heavier weight setting to make the player feel the weight at the lowest point of the take back, but it also makes the release feel sluggish.
The weight of 16.5g is a little light compared to the current trend of barrels, but the balance of the center of gravity has been calculated to make the barrel feel heavy on the wrist, while at the same time making it responsive on the release.
Even if the release is a little early, the barrel will follow without delay, greatly reducing the number of missed shots.
The front part of the barrel is triple tapered to prevent the barrel from running away to the left or right when grouping, and to make it dense as if it is going through.
The gripping portion is 10mm tapered for stability and a consistent gripping point.
The ring is cut in a short span so that a firm force can be applied at the time of release.
The barrel is designed for throwing "heavy darts" (darts with a lot of power) which are generally considered to be good.
