This is the coating on the second half of the model.
I wonder if something has changed from the previous model.
I wonder if the coating was this slippery.
It slides smoothly when you pull it out and push it.

It is not just a dart that can be pulled out, but a dart that has "good power of addition".
However, it is not just a matter of being able to pull it out, but it is a matter of having both "good exertion" and "good grip".
A grip that simply slips like this is a bit different...
I hate to say it, but if you can't throw with awareness, you might end up with a strange form...
If you can't throw with awareness, it slides so much that you might end up with a strange form.

I'm hoping it will be sharpened soon.

The normal way of gripping it is not quite right, but it is very easy to throw it if you grip the grooved part of the shaft that comes with it.
(Mr. Phil Taylor himself has that style of grip).
For the above reasons, I think this is a barrel for different people, so I recommend that you test throw it before you buy it.
As for my impression of the barrel, I think it is a barrel that can be used for a long time because the cut in the front part is non-slip and durable.
The sandblast coated part in the rear part is like a non-slip aid when gripping the shaft.
