Easy to install, special shaft is required.

This is a replacement from the same model of Fit Flight Air.
The biggest difference is the hardness.
I think the sharpening when the arrow hits the board has been reduced considerably, but it is more likely to be bounced when grouping, and the hardness makes it easier to crack when the hand hits the base of the flight when pulling the arrow out of the board.

This is something to keep in mind if you are using a shorter shaft, such as a No. 1 shaft.
For those with longer shafts, I don't think there is a problem because the hand doesn't hit the base of the shaft in the first place.
