It is nylon, but not particularly fragile.
The use of rings is a good idea, as it eliminates the tendency for the flights to come off.
It is the best cosmetic product I have ever used.

Medium version of a nylon shaft, which is the most normal.
The shaft part is glossy.
The part that holds the flight has a rough matte finish
The shaft ring is soft and the part that holds the flight ring is easy to fold.
The material is soft and the part that holds the flight is easily broken, so it is better to drill a ring hole in the flight
It is better to fix it firmly.
