I used to use plastic shafts, but unfortunately, they fell and hit the floor or the edge of the stand and broke. The shafts tended to break from the flight joints, so I switched to carbon shafts, even though they were a little more expensive. It has been a long time since then, and not a single shaft has broken! And not a single screw part has loosened (there are 8 specially fitted O-rings). The flight joints are also perfect.
P.S. The carbon shafts come in a pack of four, just in case.
I am very happy with the attitude and feelings of the manufacturer. I am now a carbon believer.
I can't use anything else but carbon anymore! It is that good in every aspect. I recommend it.

It will not break unless you are very careful.
There is almost no sensation of loosening of the flight.
There are many lengths to choose from, so you can find the one that fits you best.
