I am clumsy with my hands, so this tool is helpful.
I have also found the O-ring to be properly effective.
When using metal shafts, they often came loose and I had to re-tighten the screws every time I pulled them out of the board, but after installing the O-rings, I no longer have to worry about that and they are less likely to come loose.
By the way, the plastic shaft does not loosen so much, so it is not a problem, but I still felt that the O-ring makes it even more difficult to loosen.

We are nervous people and O-rings are very useful.
Even nylon shafts work well.
Of all the included instruments, this HARROWS metal one is the easiest to use.

This is a must have for me as I use metal shafts. Without it, metal shafts loosen quickly and I can't concentrate on my game...not to say that I can't concentrate on my game, but it is a hassle to re-tighten it every time. It can also be used for nylon shafts, so if you are worried about loosening, why not try it?
