I bought the slim when it came out.
My impression after using it for over a month. I get bounced about 1 in 5 throws (very poor flying...), but after throwing it more than 3 times a week for more than 3h, it does not break at all. It's amazingly strong!
Also, I personally feel that the rattling feeling of the Silent has been eliminated, and the unique flex of the Slim is quite advantageous in terms of spinning when grouping.
The metal champagne ring that DMC has been offering for some time can be inserted if you push it in carefully. I think this combination will never come off, even when I remove it I have to use a lot of force.
I bought two sets for spares, but they are so unbreakable that I regret it. LOL!

I was the same way, but at first I felt that the flight would come off easily with this shaft.
But that was because I was using it the wrong way (lol) and the flights were not inserted properly.

It is necessary to insert the shaft without any gap up to the part of the protrusion that is used as a flight guard.
It is a little difficult to insert at first, so please hold the flight and shaft firmly and insert it with a grizzle.
If you insert the shaft tightly without any gaps, it will be locked and will not come out in a short time. I recommend this shaft.
