Return and Refunds

Return Rules

All purchases may be returned within 7 days of receiving the items. If 7 days have been exceeded since your original purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

  • - All items must be unopened and unused.
  • - Customers are responsible for shipping costs to Japan for returns. Return packages arriving with cash on delivery will be rejected.
  • - If the item is damaged when it is returned to Japan, we will not accept the return.

Return and Refund Policy and Process

  • 1. You may send your return request at g-info@s-darts.com with your order number. Please confirm the products are eligible for return; the items must be unopened and unused.

    Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.

  • 2. After we confirm your return request email, we will inform you of the return address in Japan.
    Shipping costs to Japan (including import tax) are the responsibility of the customer.

    It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping method for returns.
    S-Dart is not responsible for packages that are not shipped. Please keep the tracking information of your return for your records.

  • 3. Once we receive your returned goods and confirm that they are undamaged, unopened and unused, we will process your refund.
    You will be refunded the amount excluding shipping and handling charges.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered at this time.
