I was curious about the spin, so I bought it.
I've never used other makers' spins, so I can't compare.
The amount of play varies depending on the flight.
The 8 flight has less play and doesn't rattle much when you hold it, but the clear flight (the hard one) has quite a bit of play.
Other reviewers have said that there is a lot of individual variability, but I felt more individual variability in the flights than individual variability in the shaft.
However, it works well as a spin shaft, so it is perfectly usable.
I give it 4 stars in the hopes that it will be improved!
