Rie Hoshino's Original Barrel

"me-can"~Mikan~

This is Rie Hoshino's original model.
The barrel was made to fit the way I throw now.
The cut is a ring cut that doesn't feel uncomfortable and doesn't take too much.
The perfectly angled taper makes it easy for the fingers to grip and push off when released.
The cut at the end of the barrel is meant to be a marker, but it also hits the spot where you would place your middle finger, so it latches on just right.
This is a well balanced barrel that throws lightly and flies easily.
I think this is a barrel that only I can make because I am not a barrel maker.

The meaning of the barrel's name
"Unfinished" means that it is not yet completely finished.
This barrel is the first barrel that I have made myself, and it represents the idea that even though it is not finished yet, it can get better in the future.
There are many times when I feel that I am still inexperienced as a person, and there are times when I feel anxious.
When I feel that way, I just say, "Don't worry! I can do it!
