About the product
This is a darts holder for hanging around the neck, faithfully representing the dartboard's numeral wires.

■About the numbers on the dartboard
It is said to have been invented in 1896 by an Englishman, Mr. Brian Gumlin.
(There are various theories about the inventor, such as Mr. Thomas W. Buckle.)
