The Carbon Silent is finally on the market, long after the release of the rock-type Carbon!
There are pros and cons, and in terms of buzz, it's a 5 star product. I would like to write about the intention of the shaft from my personal point of view.
First of all, I think that the reason why the entire shaft was not made of carbon, as many people may think, was to reduce weight and stabilize production. Carbon is strong, but a little heavier than plastic, and considering the advantages of FLIGHTL, we thought that the top carbon and the plastic body were chosen. I also thought that carbon shrinks a little during the molding process, which can kill the spin function of the Silent's characteristics. I also thought that the plastic was chosen because the carbon shrinks a little when it is molded, which can kill the spin feature of the Silent, and that the plastic was used for the barrel housing, which is a little more resistant to side impacts.

The barrel is 48m and I bought 130 but it was damaged in 6 days.
I thought that spinning it would reduce the damage when grouping.
When I thought something flew off during grouping, part of the top blew off and was damaged.
When using it, I think it will be damaged even in one day unless you use a champagne ring or something similar.
I am assuming it was damaged because I was using paper flights and the top part was not protected.
It is a great product and can last for years or break in a day depending on how well it is set up.
I highly recommend the use of "champagne rings" to anyone who is thinking of purchasing one.
