The firmness is somewhere between Katakon and K-flex.
As for bounce, at my skill level, I honestly can’t tell the difference between the three brands.
It seems like a good product because it’s packed with all kinds of technology.
I’ve been using it for a while now, and I have no particular complaints, including regarding durability.
