I purchased this for a friend.
I borrowed it and threw it, and for the actual weight, it seemed to fly light when thrown.
I felt it flew lightly when I threw it.
I was gripping it with 4 fingers, but I could grip it without any discomfort.
I seem to have a weaker grip than other people, but it didn't fall out of my hand.
As others have mentioned, there is a slight brass smell.
But I don't think it is that much of a problem.
At least when it is new.
I think you can tell the difference between the shaft and the flight when you replace them.
It is not uncommon to see the differences in shaft length and flight shape described.
I often see them, but as a beginner you won't be able to tell the difference and
I think that many beginners will not be able to tell the difference and will just use the settings that are marked for beginners.
However, the proof is in the pudding.
I recommend this set so that you can actually experience and see the difference.
Even I, a beginner, can clearly see the difference.
I am sure other people will be able to see the difference as well.
The case is not so well made and not so easy to use, so I don't think it is necessary to have it.
I would like to see a 5% discount on the case if purchased at the same time as the regular case.
