I used 6 on a rapier 3MG and threw it for about 3 hours.
When tightened tightly, there is almost no loosening of the joint with the barrel.
Personally, I thought the slim barrel was too light, but the normal barrel was a little too heavy. So, I thought the weight was somewhere in between (a little heavier than normal?). I think I have found a good balance between the two.
I am using a normal fit flight (standard) instead of an air flight.
The weight of the shaft (plus the weight of the flight?) The weight of the shaft (plus the weight of the flight?) shifts the center of gravity backward just a little.
The weight of the shaft (plus the weight of the flights?) shifts the center of gravity backward, but only slightly. If you are worried about the center of gravity shifting, you may want to use air flights.
