Of all the conversion chips out there.
I think it's the lightest.
It weighs the same as a software chip.
It's as light as a soft tip, so you don't have to feel uncomfortable when you make the transition!
As you use it, it will get shorter and shorter.
It is better to think of it as a consumable.

I bought the short 25mm El Style Hard Lip Black Point, but my hard dartboard at home was getting very worn out and it was hard to pull out the barrel that was stuck in the long point, so I changed it. The only thing is that it's carbon, so when it rubs against the hardboard's wailer and sticks, black shavings fall out!

It's really light in the conversion, not much different from the software, but it's grinding away...

I bought it to practice hard darts.
After a month of use, the darts hardly stick at all.
I have to sharpen the tip to cope with it, but I wish it was a little tougher.

A must if you're going hard!
Even if you use a soft tip when pitching on your own home board, it is the minimum etiquette to replace it with a hard conversion when pitching in a store or league.

The hard conversion is by far the lightest of the hard conversions and allows you to transition from soft tips without resistance.
The sting is not as good as a steel tip, but it is still usable enough.
It is recommended to use it without sharpening it, as it will become shorter as you sharpen it.

It wears out faster than metal conversions, but the lighter weight means that the center of gravity doesn't move as much, which is nice.
The light weight of the conversion is also good for weight shift.

I use it with a bristle board.
Feels just as good as a soft tip to throw, but...
But they wear out too quickly...

If you have a short soft tip, we recommend a short one here as well.

In the beginning, the sting was very good and I liked it, but
