It is a little longer than the Rip Short, but I think the longer length is cooler because the darts don't shake as much when they are stuck. One unexpected effect was that it sticks quite well into hardboards, and I felt less holes after pulling it out than with other soft tips. If you don't want to buy a conversion chip, this might be a good idea.

I am using it with dart live 100s and it does not stick.
