The shape is like a diamond with the front and back gently narrowed.
It uses two different cuts, a wing cut and a shark cut.
The taper near the center and the shark cut make it suitable for throwing with a pushing motion.

The thin tip makes it less likely to interfere with grouping, and the bulge in the middle makes it easier to push out stably.
